1. What if they changed jobs for over 2 years? Changing jobs over the years is fine as long as it is no Gaps and 2 years of consistent employment 2. What documents do we need from our employer? Pay stubs and w2 forms, for self employment 2-3 years of tax returns 3. I have a home off LandBank, but never applied for and first time buyer program, I fixed it up myself. Can I still apply for a loan and get another home? Yes 4. Is the first time homebuyer work for land contract purchases of homes as well? Yes 5. Do you require proof of income? Yes last four recent pay stubs, self employed - Bank statement and/or tax returns
